Individual Counseling
Phoenix Counseling: Beauty From Ashes LLC provides individual counseling for individuals ages 18–64. Counseling is tailored to each client's unique experiences, goals, strengths, and needs.
Areas of focus include anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), sexual trauma recovery, anxiety, shame, negative core beliefs, emotional regulation, and other challenges that impact emotional wellness and daily functioning.
Therapeutic Approaches
Our approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and trauma-informed care. Treatment is tailored to each individual's unique experiences, goals, strengths, and needs and may incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Reality Therapy, and Christian Counseling.
For clients who desire it, counseling may also incorporate faith-integrated perspectives that honor their personal beliefs and values. Regardless of the approaches used, the goal remains the same: to support healing, growth, emotional wellness, and restoration.
In-Person & Telehealth
In-person counseling services are available in Florida. Telehealth services are available in states where Dr. Robinson is licensed. Dr. Robinson is currently licensed in Florida, Arizona, Washington, and Virginia.
Telehealth services provide convenient access to counseling from the comfort and privacy of your own home while maintaining the same level of professionalism, support, and confidentiality as in-person sessions.
Fees & Insurance
Self-Pay Rates
Transparency is important. The following self-pay rates are provided to help clients make informed decisions about their care.
Initial Assessment (90791) — $200
Individual Counseling Session (90837) — $150
Individual Counseling Session (90834) — $125
Insurance
Phoenix Counseling: Beauty From Ashes LLC accepts select insurance plans. Insurance coverage, copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and authorization requirements vary by plan and are the client's responsibility to verify.
Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm benefits and coverage prior to their first appointment.
Good Faith Estimate
Clients who do not use insurance or choose not to submit claims to insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs for services in accordance with federal law.
