Phoenix Counseling: Beauty From Ashes LLC was founded to support women ages 18–64 in healing from trauma, navigating life’s challenges, and moving toward emotional wellness, resilience, and restoration.

Our approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and trauma-informed care. We believe strong therapeutic relationships are essential to the healing process and strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered.

We recognize that healing is a unique journey. Treatment is tailored to each client’s individual experiences, strengths, goals, and needs.

The name Beauty From Ashes reflects the belief that healing, growth, and renewal are possible even after life's most difficult experiences. Inspired by the image of the phoenix rising from the ashes, Maya Angelou's poem And Still I Rise, and the promise of Isaiah 61:3, the practice is rooted in hope, resilience, and restoration.

Services are available in person in Florida and through secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth services for clients located in Florida, Arizona, and Virginia.
