Yes. Faith-integrated counseling is available for clients who would like to incorporate Christian faith and spiritual principles into the therapeutic process. Faith integration is always client-led and incorporated based on individual preferences and comfort level.

Yes. Secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth counseling is available for clients located in Florida, Arizona, and Virginia. Telehealth allows clients to participate in therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own home while maintaining confidentiality and professional care.

Most individual therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length unless otherwise discussed.

Phoenix Counseling: Beauty From Ashes LLC is primarily a self-pay practice. We believe this allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care. Currently, we do accept select insurances. Insurance participation may change over time.

Under federal law, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to the start of treatment.

Yes. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance company's out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.
